San Diego news and video production company BayNewsVideo provided coverage of the results of the latest round of storm systems to hit the San Diego County area to clients in the region.

In the image above, Escondido residents attempt to regroup after a flood struck their neighborhood residents and businesses.

The incident was reported in the 1500 block of Tanglewood Lane. Four homes were flooded when a storm drain was blocked by construction crew. The drain was blocked by workers under hire on a project at a nearby business, authorities said.

City crews cleared the blockage using chain saws.
